Our recruitment process

The difference between mediocrity and excellence is significant. That’s why we take extra time to meet with candidates throughout the hiring process. Whether we’re looking for an Associate Consultant or a Senior Consultant, we typically hold three to five interviews to ensure a strong match.

People are at the heart of our business, and it’s important - for both us and our candidates - that we get to know each other properly. For some roles, the process may also include tests in Excel, logical reasoning, and a business case presentation in the final round.
